General terms and conditions
Berenice Manette is manager of the B&B Smile@life, Frans Van Leemputtenstraat 4, 3118 Werchter. The manager can be replaced by a family member or knowledge should circumstances require this.
When making a reservation at Smile@life, guests agree to our house rules, payment and cancellation conditions. On request, a copy of these general terms and conditions will be provided to guests free of charge.
The tenant must have a fixed place of residence and must be 18 years of age or older.
The manager is not liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the users. In case of disputes, all legal costs are for the account of the guests.
Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported immediately by the users and possibly compensated.
In the event of violation of these general terms and conditions and in the event of inappropriate behaviour, the manager may deny or refuse guests access to Smile@life with immediate effect. This without further notification, statement of reasons and reimbursement of accommodation costs.
At reservation a deposit of 50% of the total amount is requested. This is payable within 7 days to the account number: BE55 7310 4074 6944 in the name of Smile@life stating the invoice number.
In case of late reservation when the amount cannot be transferred on time, the full amount must be paid on the spot. The balance of the stay must be paid on departure. This can be done in cash or via Mobile Pay or Payconiq.
If a deposit invoice has not been paid within the set period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
If you are unable to fulfill your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. In this way we can still offer the released date to third parties.
If you interrupt your stay or for any reason leave earlier than planned, you must pay for the entire stay.
If you do not have breakfast, no refund can be requested.
Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation.
The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.
Up to 14 days before the day of arrival a cancellation is free of charge.
Up to 7 days before the day of arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of a cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or a ‘no show’, 100% or the full amount of the stay will be charged.
